Exploring pathways to wellness

Sometimes it takes more than a village
You need professional support. There are excellent resources in the addiction, behavioral, and mental health space. I’ve personally vetted these organizations, making them a reliable starting point for research.
Contact

Keep in Mind
Navigating addiction, mental health, and neurodivergence can feel overwhelming. Whether you're experiencing these challenges yourself or supporting a loved one, knowledge is power. These organizations provide insight but are not a substitute for professional assessment or diagnosis. Effective treatment must be tailored to the individual, and I do not recommend any specific approach without a thorough evaluation.
